The flag follows a 2:3 ratio. The upper ninety percent is white. The lower tenth is yellow.
The white comes from the original Libertalia pirate colony, whose flag was said to be entirely white: liberty, freedom, peace. We kept that as the foundation.
The yellow is the one addition. A plain white flag means surrender, so the stripe marks the difference. It stands for the only thing our state actually does: provide a minimal framework so that communities can govern themselves without interference from each other or from us. The stripe is small for a reason.
